Bolton customers of Granite House describe a worktop specialist handling granite, quartz, marble and porcelain, with the process from enquiry to finished installation generally running smoothly. A detail many reviews return to is the standard of workmanship, with beautiful, precise finishes and accurate templating and measurements. One account mentions a wall piece behind a cooker fitted as a single slab where other suppliers had declined. Delivery arrived as promised, and fitters stayed late to achieve a proper finish. Several reviewers name staff, including Ash in the showroom, Karl, Illia, Darren, Barry, Danny, Elliot, Bilal, Faizal and Vinay, thanked for being polite, helpful and clear about each stage.

Communication before and after the job is praised, with customers kept informed about planning alongside their kitchen fitter and advised on caring for the stone afterwards. Installation teams are called tidy and attentive, arriving early or on time and checking satisfaction before continuing. A small issue six months after installation was attended to straight away by a fitter working to a high standard. Fair value and a quick turnaround between measuring and fitting are also noted, along with a willingness to take on difficult bespoke pieces.
