We spent almost a year planning our kitchen. We first visited the Greenhill showroom with a set of plans for our new extension. Claire was so patient and helped us every step of the way. If she wasn't available Sara or James would step in. They were even willing to offer advice to our fitter. We're so pleased with the service and product. Our kitchen looks fantastic. I’m lost for words, what a fantastic experience from the very start we made an appointment for a survey Luisia has been nothing but amazing from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much, there was no pushy sales and Luisia was so patient with us until we nailed our dream kitchen. We had around 5/6 appointments in the showroom getting our design finalised with Luisia, tweaking until we were happy. We took samples and got a feel for the colour we chose. To be honest Luisia designed our dream kitchen and we never imagined it would look as good as it does now. On to the fitting, we had a full knock through with bi folders fitted via our builder, John did all the project managing with our builder to ensure it was smoothly done. John & his fitting team were phenomenal especially the two fitters, fantastic guys and very professional. They did everything from taking the delivery of the kitchen, to fitting and also competing our panelling and media wall. We had an hiccup with the worktop company, but German Kitchen Outlet didn’t let us know they took on the stress and dealt with it all to ensure the problem was resolved. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for a kitchen. Worth every single penny spent. Thanks Luisia, John & the fitting team (dream team for sure) Mr & Mrs Barlow x

From the initial home visit, Claire at Greenhill has been fantastic. When we visited the showroom to see the design she had created for us, we genuinely couldn’t believe it was our kitchen – she has completely transformed the space. All of the trades involved, from the plasterer to the joiners and electricians, have been amazing throughout. The whole process has been smooth and professional from start to finish.
