EH Smith Kitchens & Bathrooms

Advice and product knowledge are the qualities that surface most often in feedback for EH Smith Kitchens & Bathrooms in Coventry, with individual members of the team named for the care they take. Debbie, sometimes called Debs, appears across several accounts for guiding customers through bathroom choices and for stepping in when a family needed a replacement shower tray quickly after theirs cracked. Staff are described as willing to spend time discussing options until the outcome suited the project, and one customer recounts receiving an improved product after a delivery from elsewhere did not arrive within the timeframe.

The showroom is characterised as well stocked, carrying a broad selection for trade and public alike, and fitting support is mentioned alongside the supply of goods. Reviewers note that prices felt reasonable and that service was prompt, including a bathroom project that received accommodating help from the wider team. Taken as a whole, the feedback portrays a knowledgeable and friendly operation where guidance and range work together to ease bathroom projects, with Debbie the name customers say they would return to.
