absolutely superb experience using this company,from initial contact with owners who gave a great price,then the templater who used high tec measuring equipment,then finally the fitters who did a fantastic ,neat job !!,i would recommend anyone living in the north east to use this company.

We had our kitchen benches fitted 3 years. Absolutely superb service from beginning to end. Really happy and impressed with granite worktops. Had to go back to them 18 months later, when we knocked a wall out and needed a small offcut to make a breakfast bar. Came, templated and fitted the breakfast bar, can hardly tell it was not done at the same time, matched in exactly, again excellent service. I've recommended to a couple of friends, who I know where equally impressed. Prices are excellent compared to other places we got quotes from. Spoken to them again today, just to ask what silicone we needed for a repair. I was in no way complaining or asking them to rectify this. But immediately the gentleman I spoke to said, no it was not for us to buy silicone and he arranged to come out the same day to resolve the issue. I really cannot fault their customer service, top class service and lovely lads who go out of their way to help. 10 out of 10 and would not hesitate in recommending to any other friends.

Fantastic value for money, huge choice and lovely service. Our quartzite worktops are simply stunning. I cannot stop looking at them! The work carried out on them is flawless. I cannot believe we own such an incredible piece of stone that is literally millions of years old! Wayne and Mark were so patient and helpful. Fantastic Service from start to finish and beyond. The guys at EB granite were helpful, professional and informative. Our finished deckton worktops and splash back are amazing and everyone compliments them in our kitchen. There was a minor snag with our waterfall edge, a few months after fitting due to settlement of our flooring fitted by the kitchen installers and the guys sorted it without hesitation. 10 out of 10 from us! Would recommend and use again.
