From our first visit to the Counter Interiors showroom to final fitting, we received fantastic service and support from Luke, Clare, Ollie and Rebecca. We spent quite a bit time working up the final design and were supported at every stage to help choose the best materials. The quality of the product is fantastic and the fitting was excellent. Communications from Luke and the team kept us up to date so we knew exactly what to expect. We would absolutely recommend Counter Interiors!

When we were first looking at installing a new kitchen after some extensive renovations, we really wanted a local independent company with a personal approach and someone who could project manage the whole installation without having to arrange our own fitters and associated trades. Counter Interiors ticked all the boxes and we couldn’t be happier with our decision and the final result. From the start Luke was the first to give us the design we loved, taking into account all that we asked for and came up with some great ideas that we never knew we wanted. The entire team were amazing and all associated trades were excellent from the groundsworkers for drainage and plumbing, through to our excellent fitter, electricians, other plumbers, worktop installers and plasterers. Nothing was too much trouble from anyone and we always knew what was happening and when and who was arriving on a daily basis. Luke was a great project manager, always on hand when we had questions and any snagging or tweaks were dealt with with no issues. The quality of our Masterclass kitchen is excellent and we are so happy with our new space. We would highly recommend Counter Interiors to anyone looking for both a quality product and an independent company who cares about their customers.

We initially heard about Counter Interiors from our Architect. We looked at other kitchen companies within different price ranges, however we chose Counter Interiors as we really liked the personal service, obvious quality and also because Luke was able to project manage other building work that was necessary alongside the kitchen fit to finish our project. The initial design process was smooth, productive and exciting! We were able to chose everything from materials, colours, wall finishes, even flooring all from the samples and displays in the showroom. Luke talked us through every step and was great at offering solutions when some of our ideas just couldn’t work within the dimensions of the room we had to work with. The actual work was carried out by a main fitter and contractors for the plumbing, electrics etc, who were all easy to communicate and work with and who did a great job. Apart from a few blips with the ordering of items and delays in delivery, the work went well. What helped a lot was everyone’s ability and willingness to liaise with other people working on different parts of the house at the time, which made the whole renovation process so much smoother. The finished kitchen looks gorgeous and is everything we wanted. It’s a pleasure to congregate and cook in such a lovely room and we are delighted with the look, the quality and the functionality. The green range cooker and the stylish yet functional utility room are our stand out features, but everything about the kitchen is light, airy and classy. Just what we dreamed of.

We popped into Counter Interiors in Clifton Moor after hearing good things, and they definitely lived up to the reputation. The showroom is brilliant — loads of real kitchen and bedroom setups to walk around, and you can get a proper feel for the quality and finishes. The team were friendly and really knew their stuff, happy to answer questions without being pushy. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do. The quality of the products is top-end and the design ideas they showed us were spot on. If you’re looking for a proper, high-quality kitchen or bedroom and want good service to match, they’re well worth a visit. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful place, showcasing kitchens and bedroom fittings all you could possibly need to update your home interior. Staff are friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble. Well worth a visit.
