We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom from Blue Water Bathrooms! From start to finish, the whole experience has been fantastic. A special mention to Mark, the designer, who really listened to all our ideas and helped bring them to life. He got the design absolutely perfect and made sure everything was exactly what we wanted. Luke, the bathroom fitter, was also brilliant. His attention to detail was amazing, and the quality of his work really shows. He took so much care to make sure everything was finished to the highest standard. We would 100% recommend Blue Water Bathrooms to anyone looking for a new bathroom. Fantastic service, brilliant team and a beautiful end result. We would definitely use them again!

Bluewater bathrooms have done a superb job, all the planning, picking colours, work tops,tiles and even the flooring, have all been put together to make one beautiful kitchen. The other things that you don't have to worry about are the electrians, plumbers, plasters, fitters all come in with the price. Then take all the rubbish away and make sure everything is how you wanted your kitchen to be like. All the gentleman who came to do there certain jobs were fantastic, they turned up at the time that was stated and worked very thoroughly, they were very pleasant, knew what they were doing and you could have a bit of a laugh with them as well. All in all I am very satisfied customer who would recommend Bluewater to anybody who would like a new kitchen

From the moment we stepped into the showroom, we knew that we wanted Bluewater to fit our new bathroom for us. Their showroom beautifully showcases a fabulous range of high end, high quality products which fill you with inspiration and creativity; we knew from seeing one of their displays exactly how we envisioned our final bathroom to look. The showroom staff members were so helpful and attentive, making the process of choosing what we wanted in our bathroom easy. From the initial chats about what we wanted to achieve in our new space, to finding the perfect item and designing it on a computerised programme together, the whole process felt effortless and very exciting. When it came to fitting our new bathroom, as with any project, there were a few teething problems. However, Bluewater were quick to resolve these and their customer service was incredible!! They went above and beyond to complete our bathroom to the highest standard. We always felt like we were kept involved in the installation phase and knew exactly what work was supposed to happen when, when other trades would be expected to arrive and what progress would be made daily. The end result of our project is outstanding. The quality of the workmanship is impeccable and the fitter was meticulous; every inch of the bathroom has been finished to an exceptional standard. One of our favourite parts is the motion sensor mirror & stunning Tavistock Vanity unit. We are absolutely delighted with our new space and it feels like such a treat using it; we know that we are going to enjoy using it for many, many years to come. We bought a new kitchen from Bluewater just over a year ago and we could not be more pleased with everything. From the early design stage through to the installation the service was friendly, efficient and professional. Chris, the designer and project manager, was great to work with as were all the trades involved in the build. Nothing was ever too much trouble despite the fact it was quite a challenging project. The quality of the kitchen is everything we hoped for and, just less than a year after completion, the team was equally professional and efficient fixing a couple of minor snags. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and am about to get my bathrooms replaced by them.

Bluewater provided us with a personalised design and fitting experience that ran smoothly from start to finish. We are very pleased with the end result. The experience could have been quite stressful, however their superb customer support and the concise and hands on design process, for which we were fully involved, meant the whole experience went very well and we were clear about expectations. The varied skilled workmen involved in the installation were sensitive to our needs, friendly and courteous and hard working. They constantly checked that we were happy with progress and responsive to alterations that we requested. The project essentially kept on target and the end product is a new kitchen and dining area for which we are proud to show off to family and friends.

We were recomended Bluewater Kitchens through a friend of the family and from the moment my family and i walked into the showroom we were not disappointed. We met with Chris who talked us through all our kitchen choices so brilliantly giving us all options of type of kitchen for different budgets with absolute honesty. We had several appointments with Chris including him coming to our home to see our old kitchen and measure up for our new kitchen all of which he did again with complete honesty and professionalism. We were then sent a four week itinarary so that we knew exactly which workmen were coming on which days, when our electric and water would be off and for how long which we very much appreciated. Once the kitchen work started we met with Matt who was the main workman on site and who is hands down one of the nicest and most hardworking person i have ever met even going out of his way to help us with an electrical problem that was not even anything to do with the kitchen. We were talked through what work Matt was going to do each day and who would join him on site (if anyone as somedays it was just Matt building and fitting units) The work was done as per itinarary and each day our house was left tidy with tools packed away. At the end of four weeks our kitchen was in and looks fantastic. We would like to thank all at Bluewater from the electricians, plumbers and the kitchen delivery people from Symphony (again who were amazing as our house is not the easiest to deliver to) im sorry we did not get your names but you were all fantastic and so respectful and tidy which is a massive bonus when you are living in your house that is having a kitchen renovation. A massive thank you again to Chris and Matt we would not hesitate to recomend you to anyone looking for certainly a kitchen renovation. Thank you all from the Bailey family xx

Darren has done a fantastic job on my once awful bathroom it now looks beautiful and stylish and I can't stop looking at it so thank you very much. Darren was friendly and had an extremely good work ethics was on time and explained each day what was going to happen which made us feel involved. Mark my project manager was very helpful when we were choosing what we wanted and it was great that he could show us on the computer what the bathroom would look like . He answered any questions we had promptly, he was easy to talk to and friendly and polite, he makes a good cup of tea too lol 😆 Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bluewater bathrooms they are great at what they do. We are 100%over the moon with our new gorgeous bathroom so thanks again for all your hard work i love it 🥰
