Beds Direkt & Taylors Furniture

What a fantastic shop with quality modern furniture and beds at great prices. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I cannot believe how comfortable my new mattress is, why did I wait so long!? This is a nice environment to try out all the mattresses you want and they are super helpful! I will be back here for sure, thank you , I am now sleeping on a cloud!

Went in to look at beds and mattresses and new pillows. So tried the pillow in store it was soft and good support so got two at approx £70 each. Took them home on Saturday night and took them out of box still in plastic bag and the pillows were far firmer and nothing like the one on display in store. So I emailed the store straight away, but they are not open on the Sunday, so called Monday morning, so to my surprise firstly they had no record of my email, then I waited a while on phone till they discussed and was told we could not return or exchange the pillows even though still in plastic due to hygiene reasons. I confirmed again that they were far firmer that in store one and was told how do they know I’m telling the truth and have been out of the bag. Would be good to been made aware of this on purchase, as would have thought again about it and have protection with online purchase, buying from local company thought customer service was good. Sadly it’s made us look at other local retailers for our new Sleepezee mattress and bed, very disappointing after buying many mattresses myself and family over last 20 years from the local store. So just make sure you are aware of their returns policy, just beware they wont trust what you say, its cost them to lost sales from us and advised family that shop there as well on what happened.

Big shop in small village, knowledgeable sales person, very helpful, free delivery, recommended.

Brilliant shop with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Have now bought a few items from them and will definitely be back!, bit annoying to read reviews on people complaining how long things take to come! They do realise it's the manufacturer they order from and not the shop themselves!

Purchased a bed and mattress recently, so many options for beds and furniture in store! Staff a pleasure to deal with and go out of the way to help. Delivery team assembled bed in bedroom and took away all packaging, couldn’t fault the service at all!

Great local place to have a look round as they have a great range of different furniture and accessories. We ordered a bed when we moved house and Taylors were great at arranging the free delivery on a day that suited us and the bed was even built for us by the delivery men. Really please with the service. Would recommend and would purchase from again.
