Beadle Crome Interiors of Reading Ltd

I can’t recommend Beadle and Chrome enough!! I’ve been shopping there for 15 years as we lived in Caversham. However, they deliver all over the UK and my son bought from them and he lives in London. We recently moved to Cheltenham and we needed new furniture and I wanted to shop with them. I had some unusual requests and Howard sourced for me exactly what I wanted. I failed to find myself! Howard is personable and professional and nothing is too much trouble - he makes you feel you are his only customer! Their prices are extremely reasonable (cheaper than John Lewis) and the quality of service and products are second to none . Anyhow they delivered my items to Cheltenham and the delivery team were extremely helpful and once we placed our order Katie organised our delivery and schedule and again extremely professional and personable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and if they don’t have what you are looking for then Howard will find! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Generally average. Reading shop is full of bling and shine furniture. Yes indeed. Very nice looking but also very expensive. How about quality ? I have had a very expensive sofa from them and it’s ok but it’s not worth that kind of money. There is nothing more to it than the likes from other much cheaper sofa retailers. Sofas are simply plywood, foam and upholstering material. I had arm rests collapsing on this one, filling material added, rips .. why spend 5x more on a sofa for the same quality you can get elsewhere. I learned my lesson , maybe you’ll learn from me. Beadle crome customer service isn’t bad but neither is the customer service from other retailer I used in the past. After 2 years you’ll be left without it anyway so save yourself money and keep it for many more sofas you can get for the price of one from Beadle Crome

Popped in at the weekend. Staff were helpful, friendly, informative and not at all pushing. Quote arrive promptly and questions followed up keenly and friendly. Brilliant service so far :-) Loads of fantastic quality modern and classy quality brands in the showroom. Thanks Thomas!

Fantastic selection of sofas and other furniture too. We have been on the hunt for a new sofa for a while and this place ticked all the boxes of selection and quality. The customer service was fabulous from start to finish, not overbearing but attentive enough to make it a pleasant shopping experience. No doubt we will be back to look at other pieces of furniture in the future.

We went to look at specific type of stressless recliners. Unfortunately the one we were after had just been sold. The staff were extremely helpful with its specifications and features. Taking us through finishes and a few quotes. She strongly recommended we see and try what we wanted for such an expensive item and quickly found where an example was in stock as well as few others that were of interest to us. We went to see the example chair in London the following day and decided to buy one but from Beadle Chrome interiors because of such great customer service. As it was mid November a suppliers delivery time was set 30 January 2023. Again great service soon after we were contacted with a revised delivery of late December 22. I took delivery 2 weeks ago and could not be more happy. I would highly recommend this interiors specialist for any iconic stand alone furnishings.

Great selection of dining and lounge furniture with friendly and relaxed sales staff. They were keen to help us find what we needed and for us to fully understand all the options and features. They were happy to document and price a number possible solutions. They left us to decide if we wanted to follow up after we left. We returned to buy our preferred solution using their 0% finance option, which was quick and easy to complete online. It doesn't start until your items are delivered.

Good quality shop and high standard, used before and pleased with service. We looked here second for replacement chairs found what we wanted then search locally for comparison then went back to BC. Yes it was the best we had seen. Well done BC.
