1st Choice Fitted Bedrooms Ltd.

Really pleased with my fitted bedroom furniture. Mark & Kyle worked really hard, they were professional and very tidy. I would thoroughly recommend 1st choice 👌

Exceeded Expectations! We were absolutely delighted with our wardrobes when they were first fitted, and once again, First Choice have exceeded our expectations. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I originally used First Choice in our previous home and then again when we moved into our new house two years ago, so their quality and service clearly speak for themselves. We recently had a slight issue with one of the wardrobe doors not staying completely shut. First Choice responded immediately and came out to resolve the problem without any fuss. For me, it’s the after-sales service that really shows what a fabulous company they are. They genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. 100% recommend First Choice — a fantastic company and excellent service from start to finish!

I have to share my experience with 1st Choice Bedrooms because they were absolutely amazing! ❤️ I had another tradesperson booked to create a beautiful new bedroom for me. I was due to have an operation, so the timing was really crucial. I had agreed a date and genuinely thought everything was going to be completed well before my operation. How wrong could I be! 😩 After being let down several times, I contacted a second tradesperson. They came out, agreed a price and a date, and unfortunately I was let down once again. By this point, I was in tears and really didn't know what I was going to do. A friend mentioned 1st Choice Bedrooms, so I thought I'd give them a call and ask the question. I explained to Alison that I'd already been let down by two tradespeople and that my operation was only a week away. Alison was absolutely lovely. She understood how important it was to me and somehow managed to get everything organised. ❤️ Even though my operation was due to take place before the bedroom was completely finished, I felt so comfortable and confident leaving my key with them while I was in hospital. Kyle did an absolutely amazing job and went above and beyond. I came home after spending two nights in hospital to a beautiful new bedroom, and I honestly couldn't have been happier. 🥰 After all the stress and disappointment I'd had beforehand, it was such a relief to have someone actually do exactly what they said they would do. I honestly can't recommend 1st Choice Bedrooms highly enough. From Alison arranging everything to Kyle's amazing workmanship, the whole team were fantastic. Thank you so much to all the team at 1st Choice Bedrooms — you really don't know how much it meant to me! ❤️

⭐ 1 Star **POOR WORKMANSHIP AND DAMAGE CAUSED** I would strongly advise against using this company. What should have been a straightforward bespoke wardrobe installation turned into a prolonged and extremely stressful experience. The initial installation was fitted with an incorrect design and despite this was of a very poor standard, with multiple defects and incomplete work. A second attempt to rectify the issues failed and actually made matters worse with one of the wardrobe doors not even closing and further defects to the wardrobe and damage to my home. Communication throughout was slow, dismissive, and unprofessional. I attended their showroom in person on several occasions, and was unable to speak to a manager, which speaks volumes about their approach to customer service. Due to the ongoing issues, I lost all confidence and requested a full refund, removal and damages which was eventually agreed subject to no further damage. However, during removal, further damage was caused to my property, including plaster being pulled from the walls of which I still await a response. This entire experience has been unacceptable and far below the standards expected of a professional company. I am now left arranging further repairs to my home as a result of their work. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any contractor, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
