Wren Kitchens

Our experience in choosing a design for our kitchen with Wren at Southampton has been great and gone smoothly so far. The kitchen designer Claire has been really helpful, friendly and informative.

Disappointing experience with Wren Kitchens. Ordered new kitchen and had many issues. Despite multiple emails back and forth, customer service hasn’t resolved any problems. They’re not interested in fixing the issues - just going through the motions. * Missing plinths * Missing cover caps * Faulty extractor fan * Wrong microwave * Worktop drainage grooves issues * Damaged end panel when installing worktop * No replies to emails from designer Once contracts are signed and they’ve taken your money, you better hope things go smoothly- otherwise they’ll just brush your issues aside. Avoid Wren Kitchens!

Altogether a positive experience. Ben was very helpful and we love our new kitchen. The 2 things we needed after delivery were supplied the next day.

I recently had the pleasure of designing a beautiful new kitchen at Wren in Southampton. Our designer was Claire, she was wonderful to work with. She was so good at listening to what we wanted and turning that into a stunning design. She also offered practical input while sticking to our brief and her advice on how to manage our budget really helped. I really reccomend anyone considering a new kitchen at Wren to ask for Claire!

Wren kitchens helped us to plan our perfect kitchen. We registered our car when we attended but something went wrong and we received a Penalty Notice. Wren kitchens were helpful and said that they would get the charge cancelled for us but unfortunately this did not happen. We have now paid the fine due to the charges increasing but we would not risk using the car park again or returning to Wren in Southampton.

We had a fantastic experience with Richard at Wren Kitchens Southampton this morning who went above and beyond to help us. Richard was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to our situation. He took the time to listen carefully to what we needed, explained everything clearly without any pressure, and made what could have been a stressful process feel calm and manageable. What really stood out was how willing he was to go out of his way to assist us — he showed real care and professionalism throughout. It’s rare to come across someone who is truly so warm and supportive approach. We’re truly grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard to anyone visiting Wren Southampton.
