Wren Kitchens

Well, where do I start. AVOID WREN AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a wardrobe and Utility kitchen in January and felt rushed through the process. After chasing the salesman several times for quotes for the main kitchen and pantry, I decided to cancel the orders. Imagine it is so bad that I as a customer have to chase a salesman to give them my money! I also spoke to the Manager who promised the salesman would call me, but he did not. I called the main support number to cancel my order which she did, but she advised me to call the Northampton showroom three days later if they hadn't called me. I did just that, as of course they couldnt be bothered to call me, and I was informed the refund was being processed. Several weeks later, I have not received my deposit back and I am still getting emails about finalising my order. I am currently on hold (already 30 minutes) trying to get this resolved. Absolutely shocking from start to finish.

Ordered my new kitchen here and couldn’t be happier! Arnas Dubosas designed the kitchen right in front of me—I got to see every change in real time and was even shown the finished design in VR, which was a fantastic touch. The whole process was incredibly smooth, and I felt the kitchen offered the best value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free design experience and great results!

From walking into the WREN Northampton store on New Years day, to finally having the kitchen of my dreams five months later has been nothing but a positive experience. It took a while only because I made multiple visits to review my design and make changes before I finalised the order in April, yet each time I visited I was made to feel like their only and most valued customer. Oskar was brilliant, eternally patient, and helped turn a fairly blunt plan into a masterpiece. I was kept well informed by text and email of order progress and delivery dates, and genuinely feel I have had a bespoke planning service for a high street price. Oskar is an asset to the Northampton branch team, but without exception, everyone we have spoken with in the store has been friendly, polite and persistently helpful. I cannot recommend the store (and Oskar particularly) enough for a fantastic experience, which made the significant financial commitment that a kitchen purchase is truly feel like money well spent. 5 stars!

This is our 2nd Wren Kitchen. Really pleased with the quality, durability and style. It was very easy to order. Just go to a show room and the designer does every thing for you. I would not recommend their fitters, as they are free lance and depending on who you get, you could be ripped of with extras such as electrics and plumbing. They over charge for these extras but you often dint have a choice if you want your kitchen up and running. They know that most people can not go without a functional kitchen for more than a few days and so this us why they get away with theses price's. It's about time Wren looks into this because it's letting down an otherwise, excellent company.

From the moment we walked into the WREN showroom, my wife and I were blown away with the choice of kitchens on show. Then when we sat with an advisor we realised how easily we could afford a WREN kitchen. From the survey to the design, which we were able to review and change prior to the final sign off, everything was great. When the kitchen was delivered, the team were meticulous of handling everything from protection and ensuring everything we had ordered was there including inspection for any damages (which there weren't). We fitted the kitchen ourselves and the online tutorials were of great assistance. I hope I will not install any more kitchens but if I do, it will be a WREN kitchen.
