Commercial and residential clients are the two groups most often represented in accounts of this Cambridge stone supplier. Reviewers repeatedly highlight a friendly, helpful attitude, with staff described as ready to exceed expectations. Dependable delivery schedules and a broad selection of stone and tiling materials appear as consistent strengths. A trade customer of long standing, working across numerous commercial and residential builds, records satisfaction with both the calibre of products and the level of service.

Elsewhere, Peter and his team are credited with finding a discontinued slab that perfectly matched stone already in use in a customer's workshops, and the whole sequence from placing the order through the templating appointment to the completed fit is described as straightforward, with the material turning up when promised. Purchasers of large crema Marfil tiles likewise note that their goods arrived exactly as agreed. Kumar and other named members of the team earn particular mention for their readiness to assist. Reliable supply, accurate stone matching and well-coordinated projects from start to finish form the pattern across the feedback, whether the work is commercial or domestic.
