SwiftSave supplied and fitted a new kitchen for us a couple of months ago, including a new circuit board.Everything from the ceiling, lights units, appliances to the floor was replaced. The results are fantastic, what a transformation! Big shout out to John and Shaun for fitting this and Annette for project managing the job. SwiftSave fitted a new bathroom for us last year, and they did such a great job, i asked them to do the kitchen. Here are some pictures.

I purchased two kitchens and two bathroom kits and paid for a two-person delivery service. However, on the morning of the delivery, I received a call advising that only one driver would be attending, which left me having to arrange additional help myself. Unfortunately, the order also arrived with missing kitchen components, and the bathroom cladding supplied did not match. John was dealing with the issue and, despite being promised a refund several weeks ago, I repeatedly chased for updates. Each time I called, I was told that John was not at work but would call me back the following day. Unfortunately, no call back ever came. As a result, I had to remove the cladding and source replacement materials from another supplier at my own expense, causing additional costs, delays, and inconvenience. Since originally writing this review, I was contacted by Mark, who was very apologetic. He explained that they had experienced similar issues with this cladding product before and assured me that a refund would be processed. He also offered a £250 credit on my account towards a future order and asked if I would consider removing my review, which I did in good faith. However, more than two weeks later, I still have not received the promised refund. I have since sent a WhatsApp message chasing an update, which has been read but not responded to. Unfortunately, this has only added to my frustration and reinforced my concerns about the level of customer service and aftercare. Overall, the experience has been disappointing from start to finish, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Had two worktop and a large splashback sheet, all cut to size by a great bloke Raj in the back machine shop. As an ex manager of a timber yard I was very impressed with the tooling in the back of the building, and professional staff.

Very good deals. I don't know the name of the gentleman that looked after me, but salute to him. I bought a toilet, shower structure and a couple of other things yesterday. 10/10 customer service. Prices are cheap but the items for sale are top quality.

Bought a 1.5 sink and tap/waste kit for £139. Decent quality for the budget price. I was then shown an expensive twin waste kit that I refused to buy on price and was then offered a much more reasonable one by the helpful guy serving me...The lady behind the counter piped up ' oh well, if you don't mind the smell don't buy a trap!' All fitted and working with no leaks as shown in the pictures... the kit already came with a perfectly suitable U-bend. I've fitted over 10 sinks in my rental properties over the years. I went back the following morning to return the twin waste kit unused as the sink kit they sold me already had one in. The lady told me I can't get a refund only a credit note, to which I explained to her that under my statutory rights I was entitled to a refund because it was sold incorrectly. I then spoke to the same guy that served me the day before and he politely refunded me straight away with a smile. So , to sum up ... Good value sink , decent quality but avoid any dealings with the lady behind the counter. She's bad for business and I'm now considering if I should buy a complete bathroom from elsewhere because of her attitude towards customers. Credit due to the guy who also serves there as he is fine to deal with and polite 👍 If it wasn't for his help I'd be leaving a one star negative review.
