Sheffield Solid Surfaces

Kitchen looks amazing, the team have done a fantastic job. Really appreciate your help in getting the kitchen surface we wanted within our budget. Excellent communication and customer service

Sheffield Solid Surfaces did a fantastic job. The turnaround from templating to installation was really quick, and they kept us informed the whole time. Teegan in the office was super friendly and quick to reply to our queries. The guy who came to do the templating, and the guys who came to install, were all great. Very professional and the end result looks amazing. Thank you!

This is the second time we have used Sheffield Solid Surfaces for worktops as due to a kitchen incident we needed to replace the original worktops. The whole experience was made as painless as possible and the company accommodated our templating and fitting schedule perfectly. All the tradesmen were punctual, polite and carried out their work with pride and precision. My kitchen has been restored to its former state and looks wonderful. Thank you Sheffield Solid Surfaces,

We are very happy to have chosen you for our Corian work surfaces. Mia in the showroom was very helpful and patient whilst we made our decisions. The templating was done quickly , the kitchen and the utility rooms were both fitted in 5 hrs and we are delighted with the end result. Thank you

We're really impressed with the service we've recently received from Sheffield Solid Surfaces. They originally fitted our kitchen 5 years ago and the quality of work has stood the test of time. However, we were disappointed to find the sink had developed faults. On being made aware of this Teegan tried to contact the manufacturer only to find it had gone out of business! However, her commitment to costumer satisfaction was remarkable and with the help of Jordan she found a sink that would fit perfectly into the existing kitchen. Today only 2 days after finding the replacement Jon came to install it. This was completed flawlessly leaving everything looking neat, tidy & as good as new. It's rare to find a company that stands by their work so many years later. Teegan & her team are all friendly & have demonstrated outstanding costumer care & we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Truly exceptional service from start to finish.

We had already chosen our kitchen without the worktops & it was fitted. Then our son found Sheffield Solid Surfaces at a later stage as we were doing a full bungalow renovation. I have to say, we are so pleased with the whole process. From the sales, administration to fitting. We were kept informed at every stage & the product was fitted promptly. The worktop is shear class. We absolutely love it. The fitters were very respectful of our property, clean, tidy, and very efficient. I left them with a key, before I left for work. On completion tge fitters sent me a photo and a text to say all done and left key in suggested place. Great job! Thank you 😊

I really cannot fault the service we received from Sheffield Solid Surfaces. We had the full design and fit service with supply of furniture and appliances. Initially we had approached Sheffield Solid Surfaces solely for worktop as our kitchen was being fitted by a large national retailer. Teegan was extremely knowledgeable about the vast range of worktops and was helpful and patient. When the design and fit went wrong with the original retailer I didn't hesitate to contact Sheffield Solid Surfaces for the full kitchen design and fit. Our designer Richard listened to our requests and we discussed how the kitchen design would work. He explained everything thoroughly and tweaked the design as the process evolved. His many years of experience was evident as he advised us and he went out of his way to send us samples of worktop etc. to ensure that we would be happy with what we had selected. The workmanship shown by Jon our fitter was second to none. He ensured that measurements were accurate and worked with great attention to detail. Throughout the fit we were kept informed and any snags were discussed with us. Jon was very clean and tidy when he worked, he arrived promptly when he said he would and checked that we were happy each day. We were really happy with the worktop fit, which really transformed the kitchen. We were given care advice from Teegan which has been really useful. The after sales service has been excellent. The team have not hesitated to rectify small snags without quibble. We love our new kitchen!
