Okay I shall start by saying that this review is a long time coming. My wife and I purchased our 2 sofas and large foot stool from Rydan Design & interiors around about year ago so we have had a good amount with them, I can honestly say the furniture is absolutely fabulous, very high quality and very comfortable It's also very hard wearing Trust me we have two Basset hounds who test them out for comfort on a daily basis so if they can survive that they can survive anything! So very glad to have decided to try something away from the main stream because you are really actually getting what you pay for from Rydan Design & Interior which is pure quality and it's nice to be able to support a British Company. I Highly Recommend them to all.

We have been looking at the leather and Harris tweed sofas online for a while. I was so pleased to find Rydan Interiors showroom was not too far from us. Our whole experience with them was brilliant. From visiting the showroom, speaking to staff, and deciding which sofas to go for. We never felt under pressure, no hard sell, just great advice. Our sofas and dining chairs arrived a couple of days ago. They are absolutely superb, great quality and we are so pleased with them. Thank you so much. Happy Christmas x

Five star company!! We ordered two sofas with matching footstools and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish the customer service from Carl was truly exemplary. Due to location I couldn’t visit the store but took the chance and ordered on line. I was contacted to confirm exactly what I wanted (when I’d wrongly selected differing tweed). Once the sofas were made the company were very helpful in delaying delivery whilst our house purchase progressed. They even managed to organise delivery on moving in day. Which went very smoothly, Just perfect!! The quality of our furniture is top notch and everybody comments on the beauty of them. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services, in fact I am now in the process of purchasing a matching armchair.

Fantastic customer care. Whole process was a pleasure. Delivery was great. The product is super made and lovely quality. These guys tick all the boxes. I would not hesitate to buy from then again. We visited to showroom in Hull to check out the quality beforehand, but wouldn't need to do that in the future as all the stuff they sell is quality.

We could not be any happier with our new sofas and armchair. The quality of the leather and the Harris tweed is excellent, and looks amazing in our lounge. From our initial conversation with Daniel to place our order, to the friendly and professional delivery by Paul and Carl, the customer service has been outstanding! We can't recommend the whole team at Rydan enough. The sofas and chairs are extremely comfortable, and Holly the English cocker spaniel has given the paws-up to her new chair!

We have had an excellent service from Rydan Design from our visit to the showroom to try out the sofas there was no pushy sales and Daniel was superb and gave us time to decide with our choice of sofa . We were able to design our own sofa and chairs to our preferred spec . The order arrived today just a few weeks later and is perfect . The company kept us in touch throughout and delivery today albeit a little difficult to master our hallway into our home nothing was too much of a problem for the team . We wouldn’t hesitate with any future orders .

Rydan is a very small team delivering exceptional customer service! After ordering samples of tweed and leather and chatting with Dan I felt confident I’d ordered the right sofa for my needs. I was quite particular about shades/ colours of tweed to match room decor and this resulted in the team sending me additional samples - but nothing was too much trouble. The team kept in touch throughout the process. The sofa was ready earlier than expected; dimensions were spot on……and it’s perfect!! So delighted I’ve now ordered matching ‘snuggle chair’.
