Reading Worktops

Fantastic service from Raslan and his team templates done on Tuesday fitted Wednesday very quick turnaround outstanding quality if you are thinking about having new worktops give Reading worktops a call

***Update*** Reading Worktops really took my review seriously. They came back and finished off the bits that had been left. Everything is now complete, and I'm happy with the result, so I've updated my rating to 5 stars. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I have been waiting for a response, but the builders are refusing to take responsibility for the issue. The gap left is clearly too large, which strongly suggests the work was not measured or executed correctly in the first place. This is not acceptable workmanship. Corners are not properly finished, and the standard of fitting falls well below what was agreed or reasonably expected. For comparison, I have seen similar work completed by another company where the corners are cleanly 45-degree mitred, which makes the quality gap even more obvious. Overall, this experience has been unprofessional from start to finish. I would not recommend this company based on the quality of work and the lack of accountability shown when issues are raised.

From start to finish Reading worktops have been excellent. We went to the main warehouse to view loads of worktops and Sian was so helpful. We sent her our kitchen plans and she priced this up for us, same day quote. The communication was brilliant, we chose the Whatsapp approach and was the best choice. We had instant responses no matter what time of day! We had a few changes to our building works and it was no problem at all. They came out to do our templating on the Friday and the worktop was ready on the Monday, we got sent videos of the process which was great. The installation was seemless, 2 men arrived and fitted the worktops, cut out plug sockets onsite and tap holes and filled with sillicone. Left the place sparkling. Would highly recommend! Another Note: - We had a Howdens Kitchen design and decided to go elsewhere for the worktop and normally we like everything through one company but the money you save for such an easy process, I would recommend this to anyone!

I recently had my kitchen worktops installed by Reading Worktops, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Sian looked after me throughout the process, patiently answering all of my questions and addressing every concern I had. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service made the whole journey stress-free and enjoyable. Razlan's expertise was equally impressive. His knowledge, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were evident every step of the way. The final result was simply sensational - exactly how I had envisioned it in my head. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated team. Thank you, Sian and Razlan, for exceeding all expectations!

Have used Reading Worktops twice now, had a great experience both times. Well priced, great service, reliable and a top quality install.
