Prostone Interiors Ltd

Excellent service from start to completion of our worktops and splashbacks. Very hard to find a company that has a first class team from helping to choose worktops ,to making and the guys who came to fit. Will definitely be recommending. Stuart& Tania Barr

Can’t reccomend these enough! Partner and I visited the Ammanford store and spoke to a lovely bloke who helped with what we wanted. Very knowledgeable and gave us different options and prices depending on the material we went for. Not pushy at all. Came out to measure and within less than 3 weeks they were out and fitting our kitchen worktop and island! Perfect and no negatives! Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent company to deal with. The fitting team are a great group and very good at what they do, even when there was a little mishap with one of the measurements it was rectified within a day. Superb customer relations.

Excellent service from initial contact to fitting. Richard in the 'shop' was helpful & very patient, Mari was diligent & careful with measuring and the end product & fitting was excellent. Highly recommended.

if you are going to use this company for any constenino work tops, please make sure you register your warranty with constenino directly within six months off fitting. when building our new house, we had Pro stone to fit Dekton work surfaces to our double island, around 3 years later we noticed a crack coming from where the hob had been cut in to the outside edge of the work top. We rung pro stone to be advise of the issue, pro stone then passed this over to the consenino rep. who came back to us and told us that we needed to register our warranty within 6 months. We were never advised that we were required to register a warranty, after spending £8500 on worktops expecting to have a 25 year warranty. To be told we don't have any warranty as we haven't registered one. Is really disappointing to say the least. if we were aware that we were required to do this, we could have done so. we spoke to pro stone who advised information was left with our paperwork we have checked our paperwork. but there is no mention of any warranty that requires registration. so if any is using this company I strongly advise that they reqister the warranty as soon as it is installed otherwise. you could be left severely out of pocket!

We are so pleased with our lovely CosyStone worktops from Prostone. Richard and Brian were absolutely fantastic giving honest and knowledgable advice and the communication was great with the office team. The templating work by Mari and the fitting by the boys was so professional and fuss free. Diolch yn fawr!
