Openplan Design

We absolutely love our new Beckermann kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Sam was fantastic from the very beginning through to completion—professional, friendly, incredibly patient and always available to answer emails and questions. We made several visits to the showroom and a fair few changes to the design but nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention also goes to Nick, whose attention to detail and precision were outstanding. His workmanship was exceptional and it was clear he took great pride in getting every aspect of the installation absolutely perfect. The end result is a beautiful kitchen with real wow factor and we’re delighted with the finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam, Nick and the team.

Aki, Mr Ali and the whole Openplan design team were amazing. We had a super tight timeline to get a full kitchen designed, bespoke built and the installed including worktops. The whole team made it happen a few days even in advance over the Xmas period. Amazing, diligent and lovely to deal with service. Highly recommend.

Sam went over and above to help us, he took the time to understand exactly how we wanted the kitchen and utility spaces to work and came up with brilliant ideas that we’d never have thought of ourselves. The whole process felt easy and stress-free, and we’re so pleased with the end result. We genuinely love the spaces now and couldn’t recommend Sam more highly. Thank you!

We had a great experience working with Openplan Design doing or kitchen cabinets, and the final result looks absolutely stunning. The team was highly professional throughout the entire process. Meysam and Ali led the design work and were exceptionally meticulous, paying close attention to every detail. They were also very patient and accommodating, revising the design multiple times to ensure it fully reflected what we wanted, while also offering excellent design suggestions that genuinely enhanced the outcome. They were very flexible and worked efficiently around our building schedule, which made the process smooth and stress‑free. They offer a wide range of high‑quality granite worktops, with plenty of options to choose from. If you visit them, I would highly recommend visiting their factory. Everything was delivered on time, exactly as agreed. The installation was carried out by Saeed, who did an excellent job—the fit and finish are flawless and precisely in line with the agreed design. Overall, the material quality is excellent, and the design is both elegant and beautifully executed. We are extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend OpenPlan Design.

We had an outstanding experience with Openplan Design from start to finish. The entire process was professional, well-organised and genuinely enjoyable. A special thank you to Aki Sarmadi, who was exceptional throughout. Aki took the time to fully understand our vision and translated it into a design that is both beautiful and highly functional. The colour coordination is seamless and creates a cohesive, sophisticated feel across the whole space. The layout has been thoughtfully planned, with an impressive amount of storage that works perfectly for our family’s needs. The island, in particular, is a real statement feature — both practical and visually stunning — and has quickly become the heart of our home. Communication was clear at every stage, and we always felt supported and confident in the decisions being made. We are absolutely delighted with the final result and would highly recommend Openplan Design to anyone looking for a high-quality, thoughtfully designed kitchen

We had our kitchen installed last year and are extremely happy with both the product and the service. We returned to them because we installed a kitchen in a different place 10 years ago, we had a great experience and the kitchen still looks brand new! This time was just as good. The sales team were very helpful, always keeping us updated throughout the process (they were fantastic) and making everything feel smooth and well-coordinated.

We had a great experience from OPD. Sam who we had the pleasure of dealing with, was very professional and knowledgeable. Installing our kitchen and countertops was very smooth and the quality of the kitchen and workmanship was 1st class. I also have to mention that the after care from Sam was amazing, always making sure we were happy. I would Highly recommend using OPD.
