K & D Fitted Furniture

K & D Fitted Furniture has over 26 years of experience in providing bespoke fitted furniture, including fitted wardrobes and bedroom furniture. The business serves Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, and Essex. It uses a CAD system to show customers designs from any angle or height. The business has no showroom or workshop, but provides physical samples, swatches, and brochures. Danny is named in customer reviews as the person who designs and installs fitted furniture.

K & D Fitted Furniture is a name that comes up in accounts of fitted bedroom and kitchen work around Burwell. Danny, the craftsman most reviewers name, is described as skilled and experienced, with attention to detail that customers say shows in the finish of fitted wardrobes, kitchen units and worktops, and in smaller joinery such as enclosing an area beneath a staircase.

Customers frequently mention his readiness to answer questions and offer design suggestions, including producing a virtual design so a kitchen could be visualised before installation. Being kept informed as the job progressed and receiving prompt replies to emails are recurring points. Punctuality and reliability are noted often, as is the tidiness of the finished work and the care taken while working in occupied homes.

More than one review highlights that quotes were competitive and that value for money was good, with the quality of the fit singled out. The tone across accounts is of a professional, friendly craftsman who is flexible over design specifications and timing, and who is asked back for further work. The standard of workmanship and the fit achieved on fitted wardrobes emerge as the points customers return to most, with Danny named as the reason for repeat commissions.
