Had a brilliant service from this company. The mirror is beautiful and was delivered quickly. The company also called to update with progress with the order; the best in customer service. I will certainly order again.
We’re absolutely delighted with our new chair. It’s beautiful, looks even better in person, and is clearly made to a high standard. Delivery was incredibly quick, and the delivery team provided top-notch service from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and took great care throughout the delivery process. Overall, a fantastic experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Ellis Home Interiors again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service.
I bought a table and chairs for my new house and it arrived within a few days, and was very easy to assemble. A week or so later a courtesy email asking how it was landed in my inbox, which is a nice touch
Brought four dining chairs, exactly what I had been looking. From point of purchase to delivery, the service was exceptional. Once kitchen has been completed, will be coming back for another two. Ellis Homes best on price.
Exceptional customer service, after phoning to discuss some details of a set of tables with a really lovely & super helpful member of staff I placed the order. They arrived less than 24 hours later and are absolutely gorgeous. One of the best shopping experiences ever. Well packaged, great price, you can shop with confidence. Love my monkey tables!
We had been trying to find this canvas after we missed it at a previous store. Mitch was very helpful and explained the ordering process and delivery times. Great communication and our canvas arrived on time and in perfect condition. We would certainly order from Ellis home interiors again. Many thanks for a great experience.
