We recently had a bespoke walk-in wardrobe and living room re-vamp all designed and installed by Serge and the team, and we are absolutely delighted with the final results. From start to finish, the service was fantastic and the attention to detail was outstanding. Serge is brilliant when it comes to recommending styles, finishes, and layouts. He has a real eye for design and is passionate about making each project look bespoke, elegant, and high-end. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and brought ideas we hadn’t even considered ourselves. The quality of workmanship is excellentand have completely transformed our home. Everything was completed professionally, on time, and to a very high standard. We would highly recommend Serge and the team to anyone looking for beautifully designed, custom-made furniture and interiors.

Absolutely fantastic. Everything from start to finish was impressive. We are 300 miles away from Northampton but that was not a problem at all for us. We created space for a walk in wardrobe in our new home and we searched for a suitable company to help us design something special. We stumbled across Bergari in Northampton which happens to be where we moved from! Initial contact was by email with subsequent communication by WhatsApp and telephone in the main, but we did also meet a couple of times at the Bergari office whilst visiting family. It was clear from the outset that Serge has the same OCD and eye for detail that I do! That is a big positive. The design process with input from us at every stage was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and visually showing multiple options for specific aspects was very welcome. In our view, it was essential to visit the office/showroom to get ideas and, importantly, choose materials. Serge has access to seemingly endless materials but he spent time with us suggesting things that he felt would work. As for timescales, we started the process in March/April with an installation in November. That was dictated by us, the process is “normally” approx three months. Installation given the distance had the potential to be problematic but not with Bergari. I am extremely confident and competent with DIY and Serge felt that I could take on the work myself, with some remote support from him if I got stuck. However, we enquired about the cost of his team travelling to us. No problem! Two incredible installers arrived and immediately set to work. They were amazing. No fuss, no problem with anything at all. They did not cut corners, just cracked on for three days with an eye for detail and a very high quality of workmanship. We almost wouldn’t know they were in the house at all other that the inevitable background noise of a power tool or hammer when needed. The team cleaned up as they went along and kept dust to a minimum - I don’t know how they managed to do it in such a confined space. Amazingly, the fit against the ceiling and walls is just about perfect. No need for copious amounts of caulk or silicone- non at all. The fit is really that good. The end result is absolutely stunning. It is everything we hoped for and better in real life than anything on paper or in computer images. The walk in wardrobe is clearly bespoke and there is no mistake about that when you see it. It is properly made to measure and beautifully fitted. We highly recommend Bergari and only wish we had found them prior to having our media TV wall and display cabinet built by another company in Cornwall.

I’m very pleased with the work Serge and his team at Bergari carried out in my home. They installed a bespoke under-stair storage unit, a beautiful glass balustrade, and a glass kitchen unit — all completed to a very high standard. The quality of both the products and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Serge also provided excellent advice, design input, and practical guidance throughout the process, which really helped bring the vision to life. The team worked professionally, with great attention to detail, and everything was fitted precisely and with care. I can't understand why anyone had given Bergari 5 stars. Yes the furniture is nice but when you want high end fitted furniture, this is only part of the buying process, the service has to be good, and in this case the service has been appalling. I first met Serge in October 2024, and asked him for plans and a quote for a forthcoming project in 2025. I agreed to proceed with his quotes in February having commended building work, but by June i had yet to pay a deposit. I am fuming that I've wasted 6 months with Bergari who i have found to be a chaotic and disorganised mess. The problem wth Serge is that all his design work is done overseas along with their Production which results in a disjointed supply chain and unreliable timeframes. Added to this, he will only work on WhatsApp or Face Time - neither of which I use except for thew odd text here and there - and as a platform this is definitely inappropriate for us as Business. Also - when it comes to detailed drawings these need to be presented on paper and via email - so that they can be seen on a proper screen - a small mobile just doesnt work and Serge is simply too inflexible / stubborn to adapt to his individual clients. As a someone with 30 years in construction - i speak from experience. Approching a project in any other way results in expensive errors because the attention to detail is missed - and this was a regular issue with critical design points not being picked up time and time again - as such i had 7 drafts from him and there were still errors - quite remarkable when i had already provied sketches to him of what i wanted and all he needed to do was copy this. Ultimately this project stalled simply because they failed to attend to the detail. Had Serge come to site with the drafts we could have amended the drawings there and then and paid them a deposit. Sadly he just cant close a deal, and we have since shopped elsewhere as i dont have time for time-wasters We did our very best to give them the business, which i now regret, but some firms are just beyond helping! In this industry there are a fair few cowboys out there along with just a lot of firms that are jsut as chaotic. Sadly they just didnt cut it for us. My last email to Serge stated i needed immediate confirmation that production will commence (having asked repeatedly before for this) and a date for installation yet he never responded. That speaks volumes - if you want a job doing and your time not wasting dont use these guys. After all if you want fitted furniture you cant afforrd to wait 6 months or more. Life is just too short.

Very impressed with Bergari from start to finish. Serge was very professional and completely understood what I was looking for with some bespoke wardrobes to fit the sloped ceiling in our new loft conversion. The fitter was also so efficient and tidy. There is even a secret door in the back allowing me to get behind into the eaves for extra storage. Well worth the money.
