What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Birmingham customers furnishing bedrooms repeatedly highlight beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing tables, mattresses and chests of drawers, with solid pine pieces and made-to-measure wardrobes featuring regularly in accounts. The standard of workmanship and the calibre of the finished items come up often, with beds and wardrobes described as solid and well constructed and the fitting spoken of as careful and thorough. Mr Zaman is named as helpful and friendly, and other members of the team are described as welcoming and polite, without a pushy sales approach.

Adjustments and bespoke alterations inside wardrobes were carried out to suit individual requirements, and orders were tailored to particular needs and budgets. Fair and competitive prices for both furniture and the fitting service are mentioned frequently, and delivery is described as quick, with some beds fitted at no extra charge. The service is called professional and remarkable, and a recurring theme is the willingness to accommodate what a customer wants. Repeat purchases and recommendations to friends and family feature, and one reviewer planned to return for made-to-measure wardrobes after a first order.
