Baker Bespoke - Wardrobes & Fitted Furniture

Excellent job from all of the team, all a pleasure to do business with and the wardrobes are superb quality, absolutely perfect. Completely bespoke unlike the national companies, Mark made it really easy. Communication was great throughout.

This is exactly how working with a local independent business should be. From the first meeting with Mark through every single step to completion was more than we hoped and the finished work is absolutely brilliant. We initially approached the large national company that advertises on TV and we're so glad that they couldn't do what we really wanted but for broadly the same price they quoted, we got more than we expected and are over the moon.

We honestly could not recommend Mark and the team at Baker Bespoke highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience has been exceptional. They designed and installed completely bespoke wardrobes for our home, along with a beautiful nursery for our new arrival and the finished result exceeded every expectation we had. The workmanship is of the absolute highest calibre; every detail has clearly been carefully considered and executed to perfection. The quality, finish and craftsmanship are genuinely outstanding. What really set them apart for us though was the professionalism and communication throughout the whole process. Mark kept us informed every step of the way, was always approachable and made the entire experience feel effortless from our side. We trusted the team to carry out works in our home while we weren’t there, which says a lot in itself and they delivered everything exactly as promised, on schedule and completely hassle-free. We never once had to chase, worry or oversee anything, they handled the entire project with total professionalism and care. The team also left the house spotless throughout and after completion, which was hugely appreciated. It’s rare nowadays to find a company that delivers this level of service, craftsmanship and reliability all at once. If you are considering any bespoke cabinetry or fitted furniture, do not hesitate to use Baker Bespoke. An outstanding company and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Mark, Rod, and Shaun present themselves as attentive, but the actual experience falls short of expectations. While communication is polite, it lacks depth and clarity when it comes to understanding specific requirements. The design process feels generic rather than tailored, with limited attention to optimizing space or functionality. Mark does attempt to provide input, but much of the feedback is surface-level and does not translate into practical or well-executed design decisions. The final outcome reflects inconsistency in quality and does not justify the expectations set at the beginning. Overall, the service does not deliver the level of professionalism, precision, or design quality required. Not recommended for those expecting detailed, customized, and high-standard results.

I’m absolutely delighted with my built-in bedroom wardrobe built by Baker Bespoke Limited. Mark and his team did a great job, doing everything in a day. It’s given my bedroom that much needed upgrade and is great to use and look at. I can’t recommend them highly enough. 😃

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Great comms from Mark and Jen, the design was quickly done and Mark had listened to everything I asked for. Wardrobes are great quality and the fitting is superb, for reference we live in a grade 2 listed house with no straight walls. The fitters took their time and were brilliant. Very very satisfied customer!

Mark, Rod, and Shaun are absolute gems! They are incredibly nice and go the extra mile to ensure you’re completely satisfied with their service. Mark, in particular, takes the time to understand your requirements, provides the best possible designs, and offers valuable feedback on what will look best in your space. He ensures the design not only suits your needs but also maximizes space and functionality. The quality of their work is excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend them and would love to use their services again in the future!
