From the first appointment to the last action of taking photos for the Ashley Ann gallery, we couldn't be happier with the service we received from Beth and Ella and their colleagues in the Edinburgh Showroom. The deal breaker for us initially was the ability to have 3 design meetings prior to financial commitment. As with all projects, there are curve balls, but on each occasion these were fielded by Beth &/or Ella to our complete satisfaction. Communication and support were excellent throughout the project. I honestly can't think of any areas for improvement that are worth mentioning.

Maria at Ashley Ann transformed our vision for our kitchen. After visits to other brands' showrooms, we expected that essentially, we would need to design the kitchen - we would need to bring the style, colour, layout, accessories, and the showroom staff would make suggestions and ensure that everything fits. Maria proved the value of employing a professional designer - all it took was for us to express our style, and she immediately conjured-up a combination of units, worktops and handles that suited us perfectly. Then despite being wedded to the idea of an island unit, Maria persuaded us that a peninsula was more suitable - and she was absolutely right. Maria gave us a premium design experience, elevating our ideas into a compelling, elegant and functional design that we would never have achieved if we'd simply told another kitchen brand what we had in mind. When it came to installation, Ashley Ann's team, headed by Sara, proved to be a pleasure to work with. Professional, flexible, caring, dedicated, and respectful; the team were really great people, and when problems or delays arose - as they always do - we always felt like we were in good hands. When you go through the process of ripping-out a kitchen and replacing floors, walls, ceilings, let alone the units themselves, you realise the difficulty and risk of what you're attempting - so we were fortunate to have Sara's team on the case, and we've got to a finished kitchen that we're absolutely delighted with. So delighted that we also commissioned Maria to design, and Sara's team to install, a bar in our hallway: beautiful quartz surfaces, units, and lighting. Maria's design instincts and Sara's diligence have proven well worth the investment!

We love our Ashley Ann kitchen. Ella did a great job with the design; the equipment looks great and is high quality. We would definitely use them again.

In need of upgrading both Kitchen and Bathroom, our neighbours grand-daughter mentioned Ashley Ann. Picked up the phone and hey presto, Maria came to have a look at what was needed within 3 hours. Maria, Ashley Ann Edinburgh Designer was a breath of fresh air with whom I immediately felt at ease. Subsequently we visited the showroom to look at design choices. She was so patient with us, we needed to get it right as this will hopefully be our last ever K and B renovation. Once we agreed on the designs, a deposit was needed, and then before work started the remainder of the balance. A date was set which unfortunately was just 2 days after we returned form a 4 week holiday, complete with and injured wife who was on crutches! so it was all systems go to get everything emptied in time. My only criticism in essence for the plan was that the materials needed on site, and we have a small semi, needed somewhere to go, so we had to completely empty our greenhouse to accommodate this. I would suggest offering to supply a trailer to store materials if there is the room. 168 Interiors were the build team, led by Sara - her team arrived and got to it immediately. We did have a slight misunderstanding wrt kitchen carcasses but Maria got this resolved immediately. Watching the 168 team I was in awe of their skills, not just kitchen and bathroom fitters, but engineers with a meticulous eye for the details. Radek built the kitchen and Krzysztof the bathroom. We would highly recommend both Ashly Ann with Maria as Designer and 168 Interiors with their outstanding skill set. The whole renovation took just under 6 weeks which was quite difficult as we stayed in the house. They treated both our home and ourselves, not forgetting our cat with respect. Sandie and Carrie

We’re thrilled with our new kitchen from Ashley Ann Edinburgh. Our designer Maria made the whole process feel effortless and stress-free. She took the time to understand our vision and created a beautiful and practical design. Maria also visited a number of times during installation to insure the integrity of her design and to make sure we were happy. Sara and her team fitted our kitchen beautifully. The workmanship was fantastic with excellent attention to detail throughout. Everyone was friendly reliable and respectful of our home. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking a talented and trustworthy kitchen designer and fitter.

Maria's expert advice and help was invaluable as we wanted to upgrade and reconfigure our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and her excellent digital images allowed us to imagine how it would look. Then Sara from 168 made Maria's plans come to life and she and Robbie were courteous, efficient and a pleasure to have working in the house. Any problems our old bathroom threw up were soon ironed out. Thank you to everyone involved. We certainly recommend Ashley Anne.
